"I just wanted to thank you for sending your repair guys out to check on my heat pump. Both Jessie and Austin were very polite and knowledgeable. For me I am fortunate that they were able to replace the damaged parts and at this time the heat pump is running like normal. As you know, the local Platte City company that I called wanted to replace the compressor and/ or the unit. The only reason that I didn't call you in the first instance is because I realize that it is a long haul from your location to my home and I didn't want to be a bother.
